Aiding set design with Hapa’s Art Department

Talk about a fun time! In addition to the design work I had done for Hapa’s marketing, I had a blast in helping out the Art Department with set design. We had been tasked with transforming otherwise “adult” locations into visions of middle school spaces, using posters, props, clothes, and more!

Each day on set was filled with a positivity unrivaled to any other collaborative effort I have been a part of. It was simply phenomenal.

In IS THIS NORA?, Ethan Homen explores the complexities and overwhelming emotions that come from social anxiety and suicidal ideation.

I had the privilege to create a poster that brought forth such themes and motifs from his short film.

A website and posters for Rohan Patel and Aiden Boomer’s documentary short film, The Blue Hour

Rohan Patel is an outstanding filmmaker and even more remarkable friend. During his final year at college, Rohan pours his gratitude toward his friendships into this final love letter before moving on to film school. He opens up about his battle with depression in his life and the friends that served as a lifeline in his bleakest moments.

I designed a website and posters for The Blue Hour to help spread his story about his love.

Crushing’ It at WALLA WALLA MOVIE CRUSH

Get ready to CRUSH IT! The WALLA WALLA MOVIE CRUSH is an annual summer short film festival that celebrates short films of all genres and the filmmakers who bring them to life. For one whirlwind of a weekend in the summer of 2022, The Crush hosted more than 100 short films and awarded ten best-in-category achievements.

I got to join the amazing Crush team to design print materials, merchandise, presentations, and more for the event. And I’m thrilled to say that I will be working with them again this year!
